AGA provides expert evaluation of development
opportunities for various forms of retail development - neighborhood
centers, community/power centers, regional centers, outlet centers,
and entertainment retail.
AGA's retail land use model converts socio-demographic
characteristics of a site's existing and projected population base into
pro forma simulations of demand for retail space, addressing approximately
50 retail classifications. This analysis includes a defensible estimate
of anchor stores underrepresented in the site area, a prerequisite to
evaluating more intensive development opportunities of a commercial
site.
